Job Summary

To support the integration of tech platforms that enhance communications and onboarding, the contract Copywriter will develop customer-facing service communications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools while working flexibly from home in Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead the evolution of AI-enabled workflows to create scalable business communication processes
• Draft and refine customer-facing communications, ensuring alignment with brand voice and customer-centric messaging
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and transform requests into polished communication drafts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience
• Strong portfolio/work samples are required
• Telecom industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot AI, SharePoint, and AI-powered content tools
