Job Summary

Partnering with stakeholders to gather inputs, the contract Copywriter will create polished customer-facing communications for Business and FirstNet, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft customer-facing communications, including product launches and pricing changes
• Utilize Copilot AI Agents and other tools to optimize copy based on performance insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform intake requests into effective communication drafts

Required qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Copilot AI Agent
• Strong background in copywriting and external communications
• Experience in telecom copywriting
