Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Compliance Manager (Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Consumer Affairs team focusing on complaint management and handling
  • Lead the external exam/audit process with departments of insurance and provide compliance consultation for business partners
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, and lead the compliance framework for the workers' compensation line of business


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred
  • At least 5+ years of regulatory/compliance experience in the commercial insurance industry
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Prior experience with Workers' Compensation and/or Commercial Auto insurance policies is a plus
  • Familiarity with insurance policy forms and knowledge of the insurance claims lifecycle preferred
