Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Compliance Manager (Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Consumer Affairs team focusing on complaint management and handling
Lead the external exam/audit process with departments of insurance and provide compliance consultation for business partners
Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, and lead the compliance framework for the workers' compensation line of business

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred
At least 5+ years of regulatory/compliance experience in the commercial insurance industry
Experience managing and developing teams
Prior experience with Workers' Compensation and/or Commercial Auto insurance policies is a plus
Familiarity with insurance policy forms and knowledge of the insurance claims lifecycle preferred
