Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Core Database Administrator will manage Oracle upgrades, high availability solutions, and database configurations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Oracle Critical Upgrades, EBS Patching, and application upgrades
- Manage Oracle high availability, including RAC and Data Guard, while troubleshooting system outages
- Automate database tasks and support monitoring, tuning, and backup processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must have COMPTIA Sec+ IAW DOD 8570
- Knowledge of Linux operating system
- Experience with SQL programming and Unix shell scripting
