Core Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Implementation Specialist to join their KinetiCore implementations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate data, workflow, procedures, and processes within loan areas and related applications
• Independently assist clients during the onboarding process, resolving issues and engaging team members as necessary
• Collaborate with banking product providers and travel to customer sites for implementation as requested

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations, with a preference for loan operations
• Knowledge of secondary loan servicing (e.g., Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae) is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and customer service
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for customer go-live support
• Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000
