Core Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Implementation Specialist to join their KinetiCore implementations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate data, workflow, procedures, and processes within loan areas and other applications
• Work independently with clients during onboarding to resolve issues and engage team members as needed
• Collaborate with banking product providers and travel to customer sites for implementation if requested

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations, preferably in loan operations
• Knowledge and work experience with secondary loan servicing is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and customer service
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for customer go live support
• Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000
