Job Summary
A company is looking for a Core Infrastructure Engineer II - Platforms Orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extend and automate the container orchestration platform for scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with SREs to reduce cognitive load related to the orchestration platform
- Implement and maintain security best practices for the orchestration platform
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Linux, Networking, and Distributed Systems
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms like Nomad or Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
- Security mindset and experience implementing security best practices in complex environments
