Core Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Integration Specialist who has programming experience and enjoys client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage backlog, update clients and internal staff, and resolve cases promptly
• Participate in technical workshops with clients to identify value-added services and implementations
• Gather Core Integration requirements from clients and analyze business workflows to advise on custom solutions

Required Qualifications

• Aptitude for learning new programming languages and technologies
• 1+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in IT/Fintech
• Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher from an accredited institution, or relevant experience
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Java
