Core Measures Abstractor

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Core Measures Abstractors, the full-time or part-time remote position will focus on accurate clinical quality measure abstraction, requiring candidates to independently review medical records, apply specifications, and meet deadlines with high accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for assigned Core Measures
• Applies specifications and guidelines accurately while maintaining high abstraction accuracy
• Participates in quality assurance activities, including feedback and validation reviews

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent Core Measures abstraction experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and clinical documentation review
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Experience with multiple EHRs and data collection systems
• Contractors must have high-speed secure internet and necessary computer equipment
