Key Responsibilities

• Independently assess financial risk factors and issue final loan decisions
• Manage escalated loan requests and develop solutions for complaint resolution
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement policy improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Some college education; equivalent experience may substitute
• 3+ years of experience in reviewing consumer credit applications and fraud detection
• 1-2 years of experience in cross-functional project initiatives
• Leadership experience or mentoring junior team members is preferred
• Familiarity with credit risk factors and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
