Core Product Lead

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy across Core, the full-time salaried Core Product Lead will manage product managers for various products, set strategic priorities for the next 12-18 months, and make critical cross-product decisions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop the Core PM team by managing and coaching product managers across multiple product areas
• Set the product strategy for Core, determining priorities and ensuring product alignment
• Make cross-product decisions that impact the roadmap and development of Core products

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in developer tools or infrastructure, with a strong technical background
• Experience managing product managers, ideally at the Director level or equivalent
• Proven track record of shipping products in the Postgres, database, or developer-infrastructure space
• Ability to prioritize speed and efficiency in product development processes
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
