Core Provisioning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Provisioning & Material Procurement Engineer (OSP).

Key Responsibilities

• Provisioning of service orders including TDM, Ethernet, and Dark Fiber services
• Design circuits and transport systems using TIRKS and manage equipment configurations
• Coordinate engineering issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Windows-based programs and corporate database systems
• Knowledge of circuit design including SONET, TDM, and fiber transport systems
• Experience with telecom Outside Plant Engineering practices is a plus
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive issues
