Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies
• Collaborate with recruiting analytics for accurate reporting of hiring progress
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and referrals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house
• Experience partnering with hiring teams as a trusted advisor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high autonomy
• Proven success in attracting passive candidates and building diverse pipelines
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement
