Core Services Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Services Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud engineering & application development, data management and governance, business intelligence, data visualization design & user experience, quality assurance, and architecture practices
• Define and enforce industry best practices for application development, data management & governance, QA, etc. across all projects
• Partner with Resource Managers to assess and manage performance of Core Services Practice staff

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressive experience with application development and data platform implementation
• 5 years' experience in architecture leadership
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, systems engineering, or similar degree, or Master's degree in management information systems, computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of healthcare data across healthcare data ecosystem
• Expertise in various technologies across all practices within Core Services
