Cornerstone Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cornerstone on Demand Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather client requirements and document business objectives for LMS implementation
• Define system configurations and build prototypes for the Cornerstone LMS based on client needs
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and support technical projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) LMS
• Active certifications in the CSOD Galaxy Learn platform
• Proven track record of successful implementation projects with client references
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience with system integrations and reporting functionalities
