Cornerstone Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations on the Cornerstone platform and provide post-implementation support
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct requirements gathering, host configuration workshops, and deliver system training

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of consulting experience
• Cornerstone Core Specialist certification and at least one CSOD module certification
• Ability to obtain/maintain Cornerstone Talent Suite full-stack certification within 6 months of hire
• Bachelor's degree is desired
• Desired CSOD certification level: Expert (if available)
