Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the remote Cornerstone Learning Consultant will manage system administration and optimization of the Cornerstone platform, focusing on user account management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the Cornerstone platform, including user account setup, troubleshooting system issues, and managing data feeds
- Assist clients with new feature enablement, conduct training for administrators, and provide recommendations for platform optimization
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports, manage learning programs, and serve as a liaison between clients and technical resources
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrator of Cornerstone Learning & Performance
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in medium-to-large organizations in an LMS or training support role
- Bachelor's degree desired but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with web conferencing software
- Strong experience in customer support or client management
