Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Cornerstone OnDemand applications including Performance, Learning, Recruiting, and Reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the use of Cornerstone functionalities and prepare for quarterly releases
• Manage user accounts and perform data upload and migration tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with CMS/publishing platforms, particularly Drupal
• Strong skills in HTML, SCSS, and SASS
• Understanding of front-end development techniques, including JavaScript and PHP
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
