Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Account Executive to drive sales and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by sourcing and closing deals to exceed quarterly quotas
- Own the sales cycle, including prospecting, demoing, crafting proposals, negotiating, and closing
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple industries and showcase the company's ROI
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong business acumen and ability to craft compelling business cases across diverse industries
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with resilience and grit
- Experience in HR Tech, ATS/CRM, or recruiting technology is a plus
- Prior experience at a fast-growing ATS/CRM startup is advantageous
