Job Summary
As the Corporate Account Executive Lead, the full-time remote position will set go-to-market strategies, lead and scale a team of Corporate Account Executives, and drive revenue outcomes while optimizing team performance across U.S. commercial accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design for U.S. commercial accounts
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Corporate Account Executives, driving recruitment and performance results
- Monitor pipeline health and improve conversion metrics while defining sales playbooks tailored to voice AI solutions
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience, with a preference for prior sales leadership experience (2+ years)
- Proven track record of scaling Account Executive teams and surpassing revenue targets
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, funnel optimization, and sales process best practices
- Experience selling technical, AI, or API solutions to senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
