Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage new and re-established client accounts, ensuring successful deployment of travel solutions
• Coordinate project management activities, including communication with stakeholders and tracking project timelines
• Consult with clients and internal teams to provide product education and manage implementation expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3-7+ years of experience in corporate travel, account management, or project implementation
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online booking tools
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
