Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full account relationship for a defined portfolio of corporate legal customers
  • Identify white-space and expansion opportunities through discovery and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and execute expansion plans to drive cross-sell and upsell motions aligned with customer goals
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of B2B account management, customer success, or expansion sales experience in SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record managing account portfolios and driving expansion revenue or net revenue retention
  • Consultative sales mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
