Job Summary

- Own the full account relationship for a defined portfolio of corporate legal customers
- Identify white-space and expansion opportunities through discovery and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and execute expansion plans to drive cross-sell and upsell motions aligned with customer goals
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of B2B account management, customer success, or expansion sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record managing account portfolios and driving expansion revenue or net revenue retention
- Consultative sales mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
