Job Summary
As a key member of the Corporate Account Management team, the remote Corporate Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing account growth while advocating for high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process for corporate clients, coordinating with sales and internal teams to meet client needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requests and driving collaboration to address challenges
- Develop and execute strategies for account growth, including contract renewals and upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce
- Consultative selling skills with a focus on understanding client needs
