Job Summary
Fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients, the full-time salaried Corporate Account Manager will drive client engagement, promote employee adoption of ClassPass, and identify upselling opportunities while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Engage with clients through quarterly check-ins to reinforce value and identify upselling opportunities
- Analyze engagement metrics and deliver tailored solutions to boost client retention and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a sales-related role
- Knowledge of the fitness and employee benefits industry is a plus
- Proven ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve client outcomes
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Track record of delivering high performance in partnership management
