Job Summary
To enhance client relationships, the remote Corporate Account Manager will develop strong connections with corporate clients, manage retention and growth strategies, and collaborate with account executives to identify new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Maximize retention rates and drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions across existing client business units
- Identify revenue risks and collaborate with Account Executives to uncover growth opportunities
- Conduct Business Reviews and maintain proactive outreach to ensure client engagement and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing relationships within Fortune 1000 clients
- Strong business acumen and understanding of client engagement best practices in a SaaS environment
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide relevant insights for product development and marketing
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving results and driving initiatives within a team setting
