Corporate Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Accountant to support financial operations in a mission-driven startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general ledger activities
• Perform hands-on accounting tasks such as data entry, billing support, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including account reconciliations and journal entries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate, healthcare, or services environment
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience required
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience required
• Working knowledge of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles
