Corporate Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Corporate Accountant will manage complex accounting activities, support month-end close processes, and ensure the integrity of financial reporting while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage posting of complex journal entries and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and perform detailed financial analysis
• Support the implementation and enhancement of the ERP system, Microsoft Business Central, and assist with audit preparations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 3-5+ years of corporate accounting or related experience
• Strong experience with cloud-based ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
• CPA or CPA-track is a plus
