Corporate Accountant

Job Summary

Managing all accounting functions remotely, the full-time Corporate Accountant will handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks while ensuring accurate financial reporting and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and collections for accounts receivable, including preparing aging reports
• Oversee accounts payable processes, including vendor invoice management and payment approvals
• Record journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts, preparing monthly financial statements for review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, particularly accounts receivable and payable functions
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to proactively identify and address potential issues with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with contractors and clients
