Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Accountant - Acquisition Integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead acquisition integration activities, including managing general ledger mapping and month-end journal entries
  • Perform core accounting duties such as preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyzing profit and loss statements
  • Coordinate financial close activities with both seller and internal accounting teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required
  • 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Hands-on experience with networked, computerized, multi-entity accounting systems
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to interpret and apply accounting principles
