Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Accounting Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the balance sheet reconciliation process including document management, timely completion by staff, and follow-up on management review comments
  • Organize and schedule meetings; take and distribute detailed meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and manage all audits with internal/external stakeholders including timely filing of required reports

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • 4+ years of corporate accounting experience
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience with ERP and cloud-based accounting systems
  • Desire to learn and grow in a large multinational company
