Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Staff Accountant to provide administrative support and ensure effective operation within their accounting team, offering a dynamic work environment with an attractive salary/benefit package.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile various general ledger accounts and manage the balance sheet reconciliation process
- Prepare and post journal entries, organize and schedule meetings, and manage team calendars
- Coordinate and manage all audits with internal/external stakeholders, including filing reports and maintaining corporate finance SharePoint pages
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 4+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Experience with ERP and cloud-based accounting systems
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
