Corporate Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Corporate Accounting to oversee the corporate accounting team and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage revenue recognition workflows and ensure compliance with management fees and contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance cost allocations and address financial discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of direct accounting experience in a public company or multi-subsidiary organization
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
