Job Summary

Overseeing external accounting operations, the full-time Corporate Accounting Manager will manage month-end and quarter-end close processes, lead automation initiatives, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring accurate US GAAP financial statements and scalable reporting
• Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to improve accounting workflows and implement ERP systems
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring audit readiness and compliance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience (public and industry preferred)
• Proven experience in managing close processes and driving efficiency
• Detail-oriented with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build structured processes
• CPA preferred but not required
