Corporate Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Sr Manager, Corporate Accounting, the full-time position will oversee personnel accounting, including payroll and benefits, while managing a team of two and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounting and close activities for payroll, benefits, long-term incentive, and restructuring accounting
- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Drive automation and AI adoption to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a large public company or complex global organization
- CPA or progress toward professional accounting certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance
- Experience with Oracle Financials or a comparable enterprise ERP
