Corporate Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Accounting Specialist (PH) to provide hands-on corporate accounting support for U.S. property management companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency of reports for multiple clients
• Assist in accounting cleanup tasks, including bank reconciliations and categorizing transactions
• Support payroll recording and act as a backup for bank feed processing

Required Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with Quickbooks Online (QBO)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with the ability to understand new concepts
• Experience in property management accounting is preferred
