Corporate Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Accounting Specialist - Monthly Close Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial reviews for accuracy and completeness across multiple clients
• Assist in accounting clean-up tasks, including bank reconciliations and revenue/expense coding
• Provide backup support for bank account reconciliations and payroll recording as needed

Required Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience in Quickbooks Online (QBO)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support
• Experience in financial auditing or financial review is preferred
