Corporate Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the day-to-day corporate accounting functions, the full-time Corporate Accounting Supervisor will manage the monthly close process, financial reporting, and account reconciliations while ensuring compliance with GAAP and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the monthly and annual close process
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Lead and develop accounting staff, providing coaching and performance feedback

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 5-8 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Accounting systems
• Experience in accounting for an insurance MGA is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
