Corporate Accounts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate Accounts LTC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounts and coach the team to execute business engagement plans and build relationships
• Implement strategic plans to identify and expand relationships with assigned corporate accounts
• Develop business plans and initiatives for corporate accounts to support sales efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related Scientific Field AND 10+ years of sales experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry, or a Master's degree AND 8+ years of similar experience
• Experience as a corporate account manager, preferably in behavioral health
• Demonstrated relationship management skills with organized customers
• Good understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven ability to influence top clinical decision-makers and develop innovative business solutions
