Job Summary
Leading the onboarding process for corporate clients, the full-time Corporate Accounts Onboarding Manager will manage a small team and engage directly with high-value customers to drive platform adoption and optimize the client journey in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the reduction of "Time to First Order" by developing success metrics and strategies for onboarding
- Manage and coach a team of Onboarding Associates, focusing on performance and career development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline account-building processes and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B tech onboarding or implementation roles
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
- Proven ability to build processes from the ground up
- Strong commercial acumen to identify and unlock client spending opportunities
- Technical competence with a willingness to learn new systems; familiarity with Salesforce, Churnzero, and Pendo is a plus
