Job Summary

Leading the onboarding process for corporate clients, the full-time Corporate Accounts Onboarding Manager will manage a small team and engage directly with high-value customers to drive platform adoption and optimize the client journey in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the reduction of "Time to First Order" by developing success metrics and strategies for onboarding
  • Manage and coach a team of Onboarding Associates, focusing on performance and career development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline account-building processes and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B tech onboarding or implementation roles
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
  • Proven ability to build processes from the ground up
  • Strong commercial acumen to identify and unlock client spending opportunities
  • Technical competence with a willingness to learn new systems; familiarity with Salesforce, Churnzero, and Pendo is a plus
