Corporate Actions Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Corporate Actions Associate, this full-time position will provide daily support for Corporate Actions across multiple North American and European entities, managing the full life cycle processing of corporate action events and ensuring efficient operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end processing of corporate action events, from announcement capture to entitlement reconciliations
• Liaise daily with trading desks and operations groups to facilitate efficient processing of elections and entitlement setups
• Monitor and clear cash/stock reconciliations while managing complex corporate action types and associated risks

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset servicing, with at least 3 years in a voluntary corporate actions role
• Undergraduate degree with a strong mathematics component or equivalent experience/training
• Proficiency in asset servicing systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience with cash Prime Brokerage clients is preferable
• Strong understanding of corporate actions and risk management practices
