Corporate Actions Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated individual, the full-time Corporate Actions Associate will provide daily support for Corporate Actions in a hybrid working environment, managing the full life cycle processing of North American corporate action events across multiple entities within Capital Markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of corporate actions, ensuring efficient election processing and entitlement setups
• Monitor and clear cash/stock reconciliations while liaising with trading desks and institutional counterparties
• Identify and escalate unresolved processing issues, contributing to risk management and operational efficiency initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset servicing, with at least 3 years in a voluntary corporate actions role
• Undergraduate degree with a strong mathematics component or equivalent experience/training
• Proficiency in corporate actions, including voluntary election arbitrage and cash Prime Brokerage servicing
• Strong knowledge of relevant systems such as BPS/ADP, DTC, and Microsoft Excel
• Project management experience with system implementations and integrations
