Corporate Actions Associate

Job Summary

Processing and reconciling domestic and international corporate actions, the full-time Corporate Actions Associate will manage distributions, reorganizations, and redemptions for various asset types in a remote role across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner for processing distributions, reorganizations, and redemptions, ensuring accuracy before posting to customer accounts
• Interface with external vendors and custodians to confirm event and allocation details, while balancing and reconciling corporate actions daily
• Serve as the subject matter expert for corporate actions, responding to related inquiries and enhancing procedures for efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Corporate Actions experience with direct DTC Corporate Action Web experience
• Knowledge of ICE CA data, BNY processing, and OCC Option CA processes
• General understanding of U.S. securities back office operations and financial industry regulations
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other database coding languages
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment and possess a FINRA SIE or obtain it within the first 180 days of employment
