Corporate Actions Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated individual, the full-time Corporate Actions Associate will provide daily support for the full life cycle processing of North American corporate action events, liaising with trading desks and managing complex corporate actions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of corporate actions, ensuring efficient election and entitlement setups
• Monitor and clear cash/stock reconciliations while escalating unresolved issues as necessary
• Contribute to departmental projects, including the integration of voluntary corporate actions into new systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asset servicing, with a minimum of 3 years in a voluntary corporate actions role
• Undergraduate degree with a solid mathematics component or equivalent experience/training
• Strong understanding of voluntary election arbitrage and experience with cash Prime Brokerage clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Project management experience with system implementations and integrations
