Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate and Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support in commercial contracts, equity management, corporate governance, and investor relations
• Interact with senior leadership and partner with them to navigate opportunities and challenges
• Offer practical guidance on various corporate legal issues

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in drafting commercial contracts and/or corporate transaction documents
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
• Admission in good standing with at least one state bar, preferably California or New York
• Experience advising clients on general business matters
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
