Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist Legal Editor, Corporate and M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
• Review and edit content created by colleagues and external contributors
• Support the development of AI-powered legal solutions using legal expertise

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• At least 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer with a track record in complex M&A deals
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law and Delaware law
• Experience in drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and advising on related matters
• Familiarity with AI tools in legal work
