Job Summary

Seeking an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer, the full-time Senior Specialist Legal Editor will create and maintain legal content, support AI-powered legal solutions, and collaborate with a team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain practical legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
• Review and edit content from colleagues and external contributors to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Develop relationships with legal professionals and industry groups to keep content current and reflective of market practices

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer with a track record of leading complex M&A deals
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law and experience with M&A agreements and advising senior management
• Strong writing skills with a passion for creating clear and concise legal content
• Experience using AI tools in legal work and a collaborative mindset for team projects
