Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the preparation and review of SEC filings and governance documentation
• Administer insider trading compliance programs and support equity plan governance
• Oversee corporate entity management and contribute to scalable governance processes

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly in corporate governance and securities matters
• Experience supporting public company reporting and board processes preferred
• Comfort operating in a lean environment with high ownership and limited bureaucracy
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and competing priorities
