Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, the U.S.-based Corporate and Securities Counsel will manage compliance with SEC regulations, oversee subsidiary management globally, and prepare corporate governance materials, all in a full-time remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SEC and NYSE regulations, including preparation of required filings and reports
- Oversee subsidiary management and collaborate with stakeholders for execution of related tasks
- Prepare materials for Board and Committee meetings, including governance documents and meeting minutes
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree
- 3-5 years of corporate law experience, preferably in law firm and/or in-house roles
- Ability to manage time autonomously in a dynamic work environment
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability, especially in using AI tools
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to detail
