Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate & Securities Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all areas related to corporate and securities matters
• Support the preparation and review of SEC filings and earnings materials
• Coordinate and prepare for governance-focused investor engagement meetings

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years corporate and securities experience at a top corporate law firm or in-house legal team
• Experience supporting SEC filings and mergers and acquisitions
• Resourceful self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and balance competing priorities
