Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate AR and AP Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end Corporate Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable process, including team management and operational oversight
  • Monitor cash application and collections processes, resolving customer disputes and maintaining account receivable aging
  • Implement process improvements for Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections, and/or shared services
  • Supervisory experience ensuring quality of work in the Accounts Receivable function
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office; experience with financial ERP systems preferred
